Should a puppy be losing his teeth?

He's a chihuahua if that matters

Should a puppy be losing his teeth?
Puppies lose their teeth just like babies do. They have to come out to make room for their adult teeth.
Reply:You don't say how old he is. But puppies begin to get their adult teeth between 4-6 months old.
Reply:All puppies lose their first teeth to make room for thier adult teeth. Usually happen at about 16 to 18 weeks of age and will go on until all the adult teeth are in.
Reply:All puppies lose their teeth at about the age of 3 to 5 months. Perfectly normal. But good for you for asking.
Reply:Prob not. No
Reply:Yes, it's only natural!

Reply:if he is between the age of 5 to 8 months, yes, he should be losing his teeth to make way for his adult teeth
Reply:Depending on what age! But of course, puppies lose their teeth. A lot of people just do not know it, they swallow them or they get stuck in dogs toys. Haha, its actually pretty cool. = )

I know this might sound kinda funny, but if you could give me the best answer, i would really like it. I need points! thanks!
Reply:Yes, every puppy loses their teeth between 4-8 months. Those little needle teeth (puppy teeth) fall out, just as humans do, and they they get their big dog set of teeth in. It's cute, you will find these little teeth all over the house, and sometimes they just swallow them, and you never see them. I have an 11 month old beagle, and she stopped losing her teeth at around 6 months. Hope this helps!
Reply:It is the same as with babies. They must loose their baby teeth to make way for the adult teeth. It is nothing to worry about. Just start looking for new teeth to come through. This may make your puppy chew things more so make sure that nothing valuable is available to chew and they have lots of chewy toys

Reply:YES ITS GROWIN UP AS IT GROWS IT LOSES ITS TEETH.
Reply:Yes - just like people, dogs loose their baby teeth. Most dogs will lose theirs chewing on a toy or their food and it will simply pass out in their poop. We've found a few of our dogs that he managed not to swallow in his crate. So loosing teeth in perfectly normal for a puppy!!
