My 5 month old puppy losing teeth?
She is just losing her puppy teeth. And just like human if you pull and tug on a tooth that is loose it will bleed some.
Reply:all pups lose their teeth and grow adult teeth.. it's time!
Reply:Yes completely normal. she's loosing her milk or puppy teeth. she will lose all her teeth including the molars. Her adult teeth will start to come in now so provide many things to chew on to help the new teeth come in.
Reply:Yes its fine. Her adult teeth are probably already there
Reply:Your dogs milk teeth are coming loose as the new adult teeth take over %26amp; push them out. Perfectly normal.

Just keep a check on them because sometimes ( not all times just very few) the milk tooth is still in place %26amp; the adult tooth grows beside it.
Reply:Just like children, puppies lose their teeth as well. It's completely normal! It'll be fine.
Reply:it is normal for puppies to loose their baby teeth just like we do.

is she eating hard food or playing with hard bones?

that will agivate the teeth at times

if ur worried about it, call the vet and ask him to put ur mind at rest
Reply:Yes its normal. Her adult teeth are coming in.
Reply:Yup, puppies lose their teeth, they start usually around 15 weeks or so.. Some start later.. Sometimes they are losing their teeth and unless you see a little blood you aren't even aware of it cause they are lost or they get swallowed. Give her lots to chew on, so that she can get them out.. Baby carrots, frozen green beans, an even yogurt frozen in little squares are great for helping the teething along, and soothing sore gums.

Don't give her an aspirin or anything for the pain, it's totally natural and nothing that they need to be medicated for.
Reply:Yep, just like kids. You get to be the tooth fairy!
Reply:She's getting her permanent teeth and loosing her baby teeth. You can tell a dog's age by their teeth. They start loosing them around 4 mo and at 6mo they get the long canine teeth in.
Reply:don't worry !! your puppy is teething right now . soak a old washcloth, and put it in the freezer %26amp; give it to her to chew on .
Reply:its normal for puppies to loose their teeth. its the same as when little kids loose their baby teeth. they need to make room for adult teeth, after this i dont think your dog will loose his/her teeth again.

Dont stress over it. its perfectly normal, and you should see new teeth in their place.
Reply:yeah, perfectly normal. I found a little dog tooth on the carpet once. The next day my boyfriend can running into the kitchen with a little tooth, freaked out that something was wrong with our dog. It's a little shocking if you dont know it's supposed to happen. We have a little yorkie. Sometimes the teeth dont fall out and they might need to be pulled. The vet pulled out 6 of his teeth while he was under getting fixed. otherwise his bite was going to be really weird.

the dog probably didnt even notice.
