No they do not have teeth. I would love to see the bite mark from the person above! lol They get their teeth at a couple of weeks old.
When a puppy is born, does it already have teeth, or do dogs' teeth grow in later, after birth?
My folks have raised and showed dogs since before I can remember. Trust me, puppies don't get their teeth till they are around 2-3 weeks Report It

Reply:NO they do not have teeth at birth but they pop out real soon after birth. between week 1-3. between the teething and the front feet nails momma gets sore by week3 so file small puppies front nails at week3 and with large breed pups clip with people nail clippers right where the nail hooks.and mom will nurse longer .:) NO TEETH AT BIRTH!
