My puppy is 6 months old now and has 8 K-9 teeth?

with my other dogs when the new adult k-9 teeth grow in the pupy teeth fall off. but with my newest addition to the family her new k-9s and old k-9s are still there so all in all she has 8 k-9 should i b worried or will they fall off. the new k-9 teeth are longer than the pupy k-9

Yeah,it's has retained teeth.It happens. Canines are always the last to go.


So,if they haven't shed in the next month or so(keep WIGGLING 'em!) you'll need to have em PULLED!!
Reply:i had puppys and dogs and i never worried about there teeth growing in they will grow in fine
Reply:this is a pretty common occurance in dogs. the baby canines won't fall out usually. the vet will suggest removing them during the spay/neuter surgery. sometimes they don't charge anything, sometimes the fee is an additional $20.
